WE ACCEPT USED ITEMS IN GOOD CONDITION:  Baby clothing, size 0 to 2T, toys which can be sanitized, bottles, shoes, linens, nursing supplies, maternity clothes.  We cannot take car seats or furniture items. We do take floor toys like Exersaucers, etc.

Baby Bottle Boomerang: Our bottles are usually handed out on Sanctity of Human Life Sunday (about the third Sunday in January) OR Mother’s Day. The Alpha Women’s Center will supply the bottles – usually one per family. We will also provide a bulletin insert to explain how to fill the bottles.  Usually a date, about a month out, is designated to have the bottles turned in again. The church can process the change and write us a check, or we can process the money. Many churches will process the money for us, send us a check with any personal checks that may have been made out to us, and keep the bottles to use the next year. We will give each person a tax receipt who issues us a check.

Christmas Giving: When the mothers bring in their new babies, we give them a basket of new items, (outfits, sleepers, rattles, bottles, receiving blankets, onesies, pacifiers, teething rings, socks, shoes, shampoos, baby wash, lotions, etc.) and a new quilt. Some classes and/or churches have had Christmas banquets and each person or couple brings a new baby gift (from list above) and it is given to be placed in our new baby baskets.

Quilts/Fleece Blankets: Some groups are making quilts or blankets as a Ladies Night Out project. They are taught how to make them and then they donate them for our closet.

Diaper and Wipe Drive: Some groups designate a certain period of time where diapers and wipes are collected. We always need the larger sizes, especially sizes 4 to 6, but all sizes, preemie to 6 are welcome, even pull-ups. Any age group can do this.

Small Toys/Rattles/Bibs, etc. Collections: These smaller, less expensive items can be collected by Awana, Sunday School or Scout  groups. These would be placed in the new baby baskets. Also, gifts of lotions, shampoos, etc. for the pregnant moms are great.

Garage Sales: We have contacted garage sales to ask if they will donate their items that they do not sell at the end of the sale. We give a tax receipt for these donations as we would for any other donation. They (the donors) must determine the value.  We just state that there was so many boxes, etc. donated. We accept anything for babies up to 2 years old – except car seats and furniture. 

Raising Support: Groups could do bake sales, car washes or garage sales. Any dollar amounts are welcome. We do appreciate monthly or quarterly pledges that help in the budget planning. Every donor receives a tax receipt. We have a link on this website where you can make donations online through Pay Pal.

Remember, we appreciate clean items that do not have to be re-washed.
